We ship to all 50 states. Orders placed before 2pm CT are prepared for the earliest available overnight handoff when inventory and carrier pickup allow. Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions can affect delivery timing.

Clear expectations for every bouquet we ship. For urgent delivery questions, contact us.
If your bouquet arrives damaged or not picture-ready, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it or refund it based on the issue.
Because bouquets are made to order, cancellation requests must be sent before fulfillment begins. Once a label is purchased or flowers are prepared, we may not be able to cancel the order.
The Monthly Love Box bills every month through Stripe. Each successful monthly payment creates a new shipment for the saved delivery address. Contact us before your next billing date to pause, cancel, or update the delivery address.
We use your information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support, and send requested messages. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers on this site.
